Is it possible to rent short-term or per day?
Yes! You can rent from 1 day (with delivery and pickup the same day) up to 45 days. If you want to rent short-term, you select “rent furniture” and up on the right you choose “per day”. Then you enter the dates you wish to rent the products and add them to your basket and go to the check out :)
If one chooses to rent per month, there are different subscription models where the one with shortest time, unbound, is 2 months.
Delivery - Where does Beleco operate?
Our headquarter and operations are in Stockholm but the team is also in Gothenburg and Malmö as well.
Today, we deliver mainly in the Stockholm area including Uppsala, Eskilstuna, Norrtälje, as well as the Gothenburg and Malmö area. Do you need delivery somewhere else? Contact us and we will do our best to help you!

How can I see which products are available?
At https://www2.beleco.com/products you choose the dates you want to rent. Products that aren’t available will show up as reserved.
If you’re renting per month, you choose “per month” in the right corner on the product page and then you will see the available products when you scroll through the products, with the ones that are booked, at the bottom of the page.
How do I change the time for delivery or pickup?
Do you want to change the time originally entered in the order? No problem, up to 48 hours before your order is planned to be delivered or picked up, the time can be changed. Email us at hello@beleco.com and we will fix it for you!
Same-day delivery?
We will do all we can for you to get your order the same day if that is needed. We first need to make sure that our carriers will be available before your booking is confirmed. Select express delivery in the check out when you finish your booking.
Can I be sure that the delivery takes place on time?
We collaborate with reliable carriers. You can track your delivery through gps, and you will be called around 30 minutes before the delivery and pickup. The carriers carry and install the furniture and bring the wrapping with them.
Right to withdrawal
From the time you place your order at Beleco, you can cancel or modify your order within 48 hours.

I want to cancel my order
Within 48 hours from placing the order you can log onto your account and modify or cancel your order by yourself.
After 48 hours, the order is binding and it is no longer possible to cancer or modify the order.
If you want to cancel or modify the order after 48 hours, please email us at hello@beleco.com and we will help you. Note that a binding order has a one month’s cancellation notice.
What if the furniture gets worn or damaged while renting?
Sometimes these things happen, and to rent furniture from Beleco, an insurance is needed that covers the cost in case of breakage or damage. In case of an accident, your insurance covers the furniture, contact your insurance company if you are unsure.
We always wash our products but if the stain or damage remains it is you who becomes obligated to pay for the product.
Beleco allows for regular wear of the furniture.
Examples of wear that isn’t normal:
If a knife or tool has made a hole or marks on the furniture. Remember to remove your work pants before taking a seat :)
Ingraining on the furniture in such a way that cannot be assumed to be normal
Paint or drawing on the furniture
A cigarette burn or a lit fire
Removed fabric or fabric made loose
Spilling e.g. red wine

How much is the shipping?
Your shipping price for delivery, unboxing, mounting and taking of wrapping as well as pickup, starts at 799 sek excl. VAT for Monday-Thursday between 9 and 17 in Stockholm.
The price is based on the volume and number of products in the order. The price for the shipping of your order will appear at checkout.
Do you want to book delivery for a specific time on weekdays between 9 and 17?
At the checkout you can choose to book delivery for a specific time. Delivery, mounting and pickup starts at 1900 sek in the Stockholm area.

If you wish to get express shipping (delivery within 4-24 hours), please contact us at hello@beleco.com and we will do our best to fix this.

Delivery and mounting of office phone booths
The shipping price is higher for office phone booths, as the mounting price is included which is more complicated than for our other products.
