What does the Work Environment Act say
The employer is always responsible for the employee's working environment.
According to the Work Environment Act, the employer must always ensure the prevention of ill health and accidents at work. This applies to both the physical and social working environment.
The Work Environment Act states that the employer must lead the work towards a better working environment. This means that as an employer you must continuously find out whether any of your employees need work adaptation and, if so, come up with a suitable solution. For example, an employee may want an ergonomic working environment at home and the employer must ensure this.
The employee, on the other hand, has a responsibility to comply with the regulations and use the protective devices available, as well as to inform the employer of any risks or shortcomings in the working environment.
How quickly do you deliver
For standard delivery, we prefer that you place an order 3 working days before expected delivery. We run standard Monday - Thursday.
If you want delivery at 08.00 in the morning or 22.00 in the evening, we can of course arrange that too, in which case you choose a specific time. You choose the time of delivery in the last steps of the checkout.
Of course we assemble, carry in and take all the packaging with us!

How long can we rent
Rent per day up to 45 days
- Choose the exact dates and times you want to rent from 1 - 45 days
Rent per month (Flex)
- Flexible subscription without commitment period (1 month notice)
6+ months
- 6 month commitment for a lower price (1 month notice)
12+ months
- 12 month commitment period giving you up to 50% reduction in rental cost (1 month notice)
The Flex, 6-month and 12-month subscriptions continue until you choose to cancel. The price is then always the same as when you placed the order.

How long is the notice period
If you have a monthly subscription, you have one month's notice from the date of delivery.
If you rent by the day, there is no notice period.

Can employees buy furniture they rent
Beleco believes in a circular future and that every product in our range should live for a long time - in different places in different contexts. None of our products are therefore for sale.
Do you carry in and assemble
Yes! Upon delivery, we will assemble all the furniture and bring it to the place you want. Upon return, we will remove the furniture and disassemble it.
The shipping price always includes return delivery.
What if something breaks
Sometimes what you don't want to happen happens. To rent products from Beleco, you need insurance to cover the cost if it breaks or is damaged. Should you have an accident, your comprehensive insurance will cover you, please contact your insurance company if you are unsure.
In the first instance, we always wash the product but should the damage/stain remain despite this, you will be liable to pay the cost of the product.
Beleco allows for normal wear and tear on the furniture.
Examples that do not count as normal wear and tear:
- A knife or tool has made holes or large marks in the furniture. Remember to take off your work trousers before sitting down :-)
- When someone has sat and scratched the furniture in a way that cannot be assumed to be normal.
- When someone has painted or drawn on the furniture.
- When someone has been smoking a cigarette or lighting a fire with a lighter, for example.
- Pulling away fabric or causing fabric or leather to fall.
- Spilling red wine, for example.

How do I save the environment by renting from Beleco
Renting furniture with Beleco means that products are reused, when they would otherwise have to be bought new. You don't have to buy separate products, but can share them instead. The calculation includes both the amount of CO2 we save in the production of the product and in the transport of the material.
Furniture is often used in one place and is then replaced with a new one and thrown away. Instead of producing new furniture every time we want to redecorate, we can circulate existing furniture - imagine the difference we can make to the climate by cutting out the whole manufacturing process. Together, we're entering a new era where we can share and use only what we need when we need it. This means we stop wasting resources we don't have and have more freedom to change and be creative.
We want to change not only buying behaviour but also the way the industry looks. Beleco lets manufacturers own their products and rent them from us, instead of selling them individually. By circulating furniture for a longer period of time, it creates initiative for manufacturers to produce high quality furniture. Hopefully, this will result in manufacturing no longer taking place under poor working conditions in low-cost countries. We want to enable more people to take greater social and environmental responsibility.

Where can you deliver
We can deliver to most parts of Sweden. Our delivery men are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. This means that we can offer affordable and fast delivery the closer to the major cities the furniture is going.
